As an official Shopify Plus Partner, we work with ambitious DTC brands in fashion, home decor, and lifestyle — and we grow them fast. We're expanding our Growth Team and looking for someone who wants to make a real mark in ecommerce.

The Role

You'll own paid performance marketing for our Shopify Plus clients — running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that drive ecommerce revenue. You'll be part of a fast-growing growth team where your results matter and your impact is seen directly in our clients' Shopify stores.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads for Shopify ecommerce clients

• Drive ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth across DTC brands

• Analyze Shopify performance data and turn insights into action

• Collaborate with our creative team on ad content

• Report clearly and proactively to clients weekly

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years running Google Ads and Meta Ads for ecommerce

• Solid understanding of Shopify and ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV)

• Data-driven and fast-moving mindset

• Fluent in Finnish and English — required

Nice to Have

• Klaviyo or email marketing experience

• Agency or DTC background
