Pomppa is a Finnish company specializing in weatherproof dog clothing, known for practical, durable, and well-fitting products that have been part of dog owners’ everyday lives for over a decade. Our collaboration began in early 2024 with a Shopify migration project, which was completed successfully and led to a continued partnership through ongoing growth services starting in late 2024.

The goal was to scale online sales more efficiently while improving conversion and commercial structure.
After the migration, Pomppa’s challenge was not product-market fit or brand credibility, but scaling online sales more efficiently and predictably. Between 2024 and 2025, Pomppa achieved 20% growth in total monthly sales, online monthly sales increased by 109%, and the webshop’s conversion rate improved by 2.3 percentage points.
