The platform had become outdated and lacked the clarity needed to support a broad and diverse product range. Different footwear categories - work, safety, and leisure - were not easy to distinguish, making it harder for customers to find the right products.
The goal was to create a modern, clear ecommerce experience where products are easy to navigate, categories are logically structured, and the overall look and feel reflect a contemporary retail brand.
