Over the years, its stores in Tapiola and the summer location in Hanko have become destinations for customers who value harmony, quality, and thoughtfully designed spaces. The atmosphere is consistent and intentional: calm tones, balanced compositions, and a feeling of comfort that defines the brand.

The challenge was to translate this physical, sensory experience into the digital channel.
The previous online store did not reflect the brand’s aesthetic or support the needs of a modern, multi-brand retailer. Cafelatte Lifestyle needed an online experience that felt as curated and intuitive as walking into their physical store.
At the same time, the brand required a more unified operational foundation. Their in-store and online environments operated separately, creating inefficiencies in inventory management, customer data, and sales reporting. They also wanted to strengthen customer communication and build a more structured approach to nurturing both new and returning customers. In short: the brand needed a digital ecosystem that matched its identity and supported future growth.
We approached the project by combining design, technology, and omnichannel commerce into a single coherent solution. The new Shopify store was designed to faithfully reflect Cafelatte Lifestyle’s aesthetic.
The visuals, color palette, spacing, and content rhythm recreate the same calm, harmonious feeling customers experience in-store. The goal was to make online shopping feel effortless, inspirational, and distinctly “Cafelatte”.
On the technical side, the Shopify foundation was built to support a wide multi-brand assortment without sacrificing clarity or performance. Integrating Shopify POS was a crucial step: it unified online and offline stores into one system with real-time inventory, synchronized customer profiles, and consistent product data. This eliminated manual work and created a more reliable shopping experience—regardless of channel.
To elevate customer communication, we implemented Klaviyo as the automation engine. With personalized flows, targeted segmentation, and dynamic messaging, Cafelatte Lifestyle can now communicate in a way that mirrors the personal service customers receive in-store. It moves the brand from reactive communication to a structured, ongoing relationship with its audience.

The online store now mirrors the atmosphere of their physical locations: calm, aesthetic, and intuitive. Products are easy to discover, the design feels intentional, and the shopping journey supports the brand’s curated approach.
With Shopify POS, Cafelatte Lifestyle now operates as a true omnichannel retailer. Inventory, sales, and customer data flow seamlessly between stores and the online shop, reducing operational friction and improving accuracy. The addition of Klaviyo automations has strengthened retention and created a more personalized customer journey.
Most importantly, the brand now has a digital platform that supports both its identity and its growth. The new online store not only reflects the unique vibe that customers love—it also enables the business to scale without losing the harmony and clarity that define Cafelatte Lifestyle.
