Heirol’s previous setup relied on multiple systems for product management, point-of-sale, and data handling. Physical stores operated on separate POS solutions, while product and content management were spread across different tools. This fragmentation increased operational complexity, limited visibility into data, and made it harder to develop the ecommerce channel systematically.
The challenge was to simplify the technical architecture without compromising flexibility — and to build a foundation that supports both daily operations and long-term growth.
By consolidating ecommerce and retail operations on Shopify and Shopify POS, Heirol centralized data, simplified workflows, and improved agility.
We rebuilt Heirol’s commerce foundation on Shopify, centralizing key operations into a single platform. Shopify POS replaced existing in-store POS systems, and Shopify’s native product management replaced legacy PIM and image management tools. This allowed product, customer, and order data to be managed in one place, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.
The Shopify setup also enabled a faster, more reliable online store with a clearer customer journey. By simplifying the system landscape, Heirol gained a more agile foundation that supports continuous development and omnichannel growth.
