As the brand expanded its omnichannel presence, the goal was to build a digital commerce foundation that reflects the premium in-store experience while supporting scalable, unified operations across channels.

Fragmented systems and marketplace-led online sales limited visibility, control, and consistency across My o My’s online and physical stores.
My o My’s ecommerce operations were fragmented across multiple systems and sales channels. Online sales were previously handled primarily through third-party marketplaces, while physical stores operated with separate systems. This setup limited visibility into inventory, customer data, and availability, making it difficult to deliver a consistent luxury experience across channels or scale ecommerce independently.
At the same time, the brand wanted to launch its own online store without losing the benefits of existing marketplace sales. The challenge was to unify inventory, data, and customer experience across all touchpoints while preserving the exclusivity and premium feel that define the My o My brand.
By building a Shopify-based online store and implementing Shopify POS, My o My unified inventory, data, and sales across all channels.
We built My o My’s own Shopify-based online store and integrated it seamlessly with existing sales channels. Shopify was chosen as the core platform to unify ecommerce, physical stores, and third-party marketplaces into one system. Shopify POS was implemented across all physical locations, enabling real-time inventory visibility and accurate availability information for customers both online and in-store.
The new setup allows My o My to operate its own direct-to-consumer channel while maintaining marketplace integrations, ensuring stock levels stay synchronized regardless of where a purchase happens. The Shopify foundation also provides flexibility to support future international growth and ongoing development without technical complexity.
